(1) Within 24hrs upon receipt of your garden scape (Terrarium), you can request for replacement if your purchase is damaged or incorrect. However, no replacement will be carried out if the damage is done by anyone else except our crew or act of god.
(2) We provide free plant replacement if the plant was found to be dead within 7 days once you have collected your garden scape (Terrarium). Please follow our 'BLOG' closely and we can ensure that your plants will survive till old.Privacy Policy:
